Regular training & development of team members with objective of continuous quality improvement as well as that of maintaining an incessant availability of competent staff is actively ensured.
Extensive mandatory background check is conducted on all new entrants prior to their confirmation for entry at any level in the company. In addition, access to sensitive information is in accordance with a restrictive need based policy. Further to all this, everyone receives confidentiality training (as required by HIPAA) and has to sign confidentiality agreements.
We have a team of dedicated, motivated and properly focused individuals. All our team members, at all levels of working process, undergo a stringent screening for the verification of skill level, educational qualification and related experience and professionalism. Before giving independent assignment to any one of them we provide essential training. We have an in-house two week structured training program where selected candidates are trained. Afterwards they are provided another two weeks of intense on the job training.
We assign an experienced Manager to each of our client's accounts. All our key managers have the maximum experience available in India. This manager acts as dedicated contact to his counterpart in the client's office and works in close association with her on the overall process from management of logs for the receipts of charge sheets to complete revenue cycle management till payment posting. Reporting is done on daily , weekly and monthly basis depending upon issues. Client has to maintain only the minimum staff to take care of calling to insurance companies on rejections or unexplained pending claims, to patients on missing information or reminders or to clinics for missing notes or similar issues.
